Burlington 4th of July rally to include demand to halt F-35 training in a city!
4th of July rally will also feature racial justice, climate justice, labor justice, economic justice, gender justice, human rights, peace, and solidarity--continue the revolution started in 1776!
You are invited to the Fourth of July rally this Sunday at 1 pm at Burlington City Hall (Church St. side) sponsored by The Black Perspective, Cancel-the-F-35—People for Peace & Security, and The Coalition for Solidarity.
July 4, 1776 marked the beginning of a revolution. But 245 years later, much more still needs to be done to abolish tyranny!
The picture below is part of the attendance at last year's huge 4th of July rally at Burlington City Hall jointly sponsored by The Black Perspective and Cancel-the-F-35—People for Peace & Security.
Bring signs and participate. Come out July 4th to oppose the illegal, immoral, and unjust state-sponsored violence of F-35 training flights in a city.
Solidarity
Last month The Black Perspective and Cancel-the-F-35—People for Peace & Security initiated “The Coalition for Solidarity” to expand cooperation among Vermont's racial justice, social justice, economic justice, climate justice, labor, gender justice, human rights, equal rights, and peace organizations.
