I have not seen it mentioned very often, but Israel has over 60 of these Jets and has used them for months to destroy neighborhoods, colleges, hospitals, schools and tens of thousands of civilians in Gaza.
In other words, the sound which we are forced to get used to is the last sound that many Palestinians ever heard before they were destroyed or Massively injured.
I wonder why this is so rarely mentioned. it should be talked about every day.

To the mayor of Burlington, the f35 have essentially ruined my life. I live in Williston, approximately 6-8 miles from the airport. Every time they fly and I record decibel levels, I get readings from 95-115 decibel levels. Supposedly after 80 decibels they are hurting your health. I have ringing in my ears, vertigo symptoms. When they fly on average 3 times per day lasting 15-20 minutes, each time, I can’t be outside and in the summer I have to close all windows and still cannot carry on a conversation inside my house. Total lie that only people within a half mile surrounding airport are affected. I can’t imagine how harmful this is for children. Please stop f35!
Even in Hinesburg, when these jets fly over, the sound is very unsettling, and as they fly over our house, it lasts a long time. I can only imagine the pain this is inflicting to those living closer. It is really the "sound of oppression". Every time they fly over I am reminded of the unconsciousness that manifests in machines like this.
Can the Air Force or the Federal Government override the mayor of Burlington if she sees fit to silence these aircraft? That would a tragedy, but I wouldn't put it past the "higher ups" to try and do so. Anything to keep the machinery of war and profiteering grinding.
May the New Burlington VT Mayor do right by the people of Burlington, Williston, Hinesburg and surrounding areas~ Thank you James, so much for your dedicated efforts to abolish this harmful damage to humans, wildlife, and the ecosystem~ May Good prevail~finally~
I hope the Burlington Mayor will exercise her prerogative. Thank you Mr. Leas for brining this to the attention of the public. Now that Senator Leahy has retired perhaps some of the pressure will be off our Congressional delegation as well
Thank you for continuing to bring this dangerous situation to the awareness of everyone. Fortunately Robert F Kennedy is on the ballot for President and plans to end these Forever Wars. Living in Williston the noise is terrible. It seems so deplorable that our government considers itself so "advanced" that we should force our power over other nations and lie to our own citizens [ie. F-35 effects]. Certainly we can be more creative in creating jobs other than weapons of mass destruction. It is far more cost effective and life supporting to create friendships with other nations.
