These measurements were made at the southern end of the runway, at the end of Avenue A, off of Industrial Ave, in Williston. The planes were just coming off the runway and nearly directly overhead at low elevation. As I was so close, each plane comes and goes in a couple seconds. The planes make far less noise as they approach than depart, as the exhaust roar is responsible for most of the volume. Each plane exceeds 100dB-A for less than ten seconds.
